Reservations - Terms and Conditions.
Reservations can only be made by / for couples over the age of 18.
Minimum reservation 3 nights.
Proof of age is required at check-in and any person found to be under the age of 18 will be required to leave the premises immediately. As the resort is for couples only, your partner will also be required to leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required at the time of booking.
For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Reservations are confirmed by email upon receipt of deposit - submitting an online request for accommodation is not confirmation of reservation.
The final balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival.
Accommodation is provided for those persons named on the reservation booking only. If changes are required, please see the Reservation modification policy.
Modification policy
Changes to reservations are subject to an administration fee of 21 euros per change.
Only the Lead Passenger can make amendments to or cancel reservations.
